About

What We Do

Quickstep provides training and consulting services to the funds industry and the investment community. We deliver bespoke solutions that change behaviour. Ultimately, we maximise the contribution your people can make to your organisation. We deliver in-house training, open courses and online training solutions.

The Methodology

Before- Quickstep works with the client in identifying specific training needs and establishes mutually agreed-upon, realistic, measurable learning outcomes for participants.

During- Quickstep training courses are about doing.  Participants tackle typical problems and issues that arise in their day-to-day roles.  While there are individual exercises, participants will often work in pairs or groups to complete specific work-related tasks.

After-  Quickstep provides the client with a comprehensive but concise evaluation report.  This collates feedback received and provides a quantitative analysis of the level of success achieved in meeting the client’s unique learning objectives.
